Support on Demand - Temporary Access to your computer

     A little bit of software will be installed on to your computer to allow          

     remote support. When the session closes, the software will automatically

     be removed from your computer.

Mac Users:

     Click on the Green "Support on Demand" button > Click on the Download          (arrow) > Double Click on SplashtopSos.dmg > Double Click on the

     Splashtop icon > Click on Open (if prompted) > Give Sheryl the 9 Digit Code

Windows Users:

     Click on the Green "Support on Demand" button > Save > Run > Yes > Give

     Sheryl the 9 Digit Code
