Support on Demand - Temporary Access to your computer

     A little bit of software will be installed on to your computer to allow          

     remote support. When the session closes, the software will    

     automatically be removed from your computer.

Mac Users:

1. Click on the Yellow - 1 Time Remote Support button

2. Click on the Allow Button > Download (arrow)

3. Double Click on SplashtopSos.dmg

4. Double Click on the Splashtop icon

5. Click on Open (if prompted)

6. Give Sheryl the 9 Digit Code

Windows Users:

1. Click on the Yellow - 1 Time Remote Support button

2. Save > Run (Open) > Yes > Give > Sheryl the 9 Digit Code
